WorkPack sends alerts to users in case of time sensitive actions required from them. For example - approaching deadlines for high priority items, delay on tasks assigned to them etc. When you click on the alert, WorkPack will guide you to those particular tasks.


Alerts are only sent for items above a certain priority level and this can be configured from the 'Alert Settings' master page in Admin section.


There you can select a minimum priority levels for tasks above which alerts should be generated. So if 'Medium' priority is selected here, then alerts are generated for all tasks with Medium, High and Very High priorities. Further you can also select when the alert should be sent. Here if you define '-2' days, then WorkPack will alert you two days before an approaching deadline for - Medium, High and Very High priority tasks.
