Alerts and notifications on WorkPack facilitate communication between the project teams. Whenever you perform any actions on WorkPack which affect other team members, they get system generated notifications on WorkPack. Actions such as - sending documents, task delegation, document approval etc. - generate notifications.

When you click on a notification, you are taken to the relevant items on WorkPack. You can also click on 'View all notifications' option to check all the received notifications.

Further you can also choose to receive certain notifications on email. In the 'Admin' section, click on the 'Email Notifications' master page.

This takes you to a list of all WorkPack notifications where you can select which of these should be delivered to your inbox. 

The selected notifications then also get delivered to all inboxes for all users.
