You can easily integrate your official mailbox with WorkPack using SMTP authentication. This email integration allows you email drawings/document files directly from WorkPack. Note that the email address listed in your profile will be used for this integration.


First go to the account management section in the top right corner of your WorkPack dashboard. Click on your name to open a dropdown menu where you can see the email integration option.


Click on it to open a pop-up where you can enter the SMTP host name for your email server and password to the same email account. 


Then click on the 'Send Verification Email' button. It will send a verification email to the registered email address from your profile. 


If you do not receive the verification email, make sure you have entered the correct SMTP host name and password. Also make sure they are the credentials of your email address used in WorkPack profile. For further questions, write to our support team.
